Philosophy of Therapy

I center identity in my therapeutic work. I believe that identity deeply impacts how people choose to show up in the world. As such, I encourage my clients to bring the whole of who they are into our work together and claim all the Parts that exist within them—even the ones that carry stigma, shame, or other unspoken feelings. By creating space for the vastness of (often contradictory) human experience and emotion, my clients and I forge a strong therapeutic relationship based in authenticity, compassion, and mutual respect.

My passion for sexuality and intimate relationships as well as my 10+ years as an astrologer and Tarot reader form the crux of my therapeutic practice. Whether romantic, sexual, platonic, familial, or beyond, relationships are an integral piece of shaping who we are. Therefore, my aim is to guide my clients in explorations that open up deeper connections to Self and to others.

I'm most passionate about working with erotically-marginalized populations, such as folx who are queer, kinky, polyamorous/ENM, and/or in relationships navigating interracial dynamics, mixed orientations, disability, and other relational diversities.

Let’s tap into curiosity and transform your relationships by creating meaningful, pleasurable, and more fulfilling connections. Let’s learn how to reclaim joy after ruptures or betrayal disrupt intimacy. Let’s find ways to liberate your authenticity and be more in touch with your boundaries, needs, and desires. Let’s take this journey together.
